HT121 HTST and HT122 UHT system

The new Bench Top HT121 and HT122 systems are the most compact systems available on the market. The nominal flow rate is 10l/hr. The equipment is small in size and high in quality and performance. The technology is based on the well known and proven HT220 systems: however less options are available. Safety, easy to use & operations and accuracy & reproducible in performance are the key elements of this equipment!

HT220 HTST/UHT System

The compact OMVE HT220 enables you to execute trials with even less than 1 litre of product and reduces the required amount of preparation time, start-up time and processing time. Consequently, the HT220 allows you to conduct more trials per day, improving your R&D productivity.

The HT220 is designed to give the operator maximum flexibility in processing various products.

Different heat treatment methods are available: tube-in-tube, plate heat exchangers and a steam injection can be installed on the same service unit, together with a wide range of standard accessories. For optimizing pilot or industrial process simulations, OMVE supplies customer specific modifications.

HT320 HTST-UHT Pilot System

The OMVE HT320 Pilot systems can fit with different heat treatment systems and have a very low hold-up volume. An entire system is operated by a central PLC.

The UHT system is supplied with a nominal capacity of 20l/hr (HT320-20), 50l/hr (HT320-50), 100l/hr (HT320-100) or 200 l/hr (HT320-200) based on 150°C.

The systems are available with a tube in tube heat exchanger , a bolted plate heat exchanger, direct steam injection heating or with a scraped surface heat

exchanger (HT326). All heating systems can be supplied on one frame for maximum flexibility.

Unlike other systems on the market, the OMVE UHT pilot systems are based on modules that can be configured to customer specifications. All processes can be performed aseptically.
